EACCREG/ESALES : User account is locked

Did you ever encountered " user account is locked " says the EACCREG after you encode your username and password or after clicking login.

If your answer is YES. I also encountered this problem today just 15 minutes ago.


What do you need to do?

1. Remember my recent blog about " How to apply for EACCREG/ESALES account? "

" Be sure that you take note of the following information especially your security question and answer because this is the only way you can retrieve your account just in case you forgot your password or else you account will be lock. If your username has been locked. The only way you can retrieve your account is by your security question and answer. Failed to remember? You need to create new username and password.

One more thing, eaccreg/esales changes password every three (3) months. Better to take note all your passwords because eaccreg/esales "will not require you to repeat or used password". They must be unique every time they will ask you to change your password."

2. If you already know or remember your security question and answer. Go to EACCREG website and click Forgot Password.

3. EACCREG will ask for your username. Encode your username then click submit.

4. On this part, your selected security question will prompt, you need to supply the correct security answer. Keep in mind that almost everything in EACCREG is key sensitive very sensitive.

5. You will receive an email from EACCREG that your password has been reset. They will give you a temporary password that will be use to access your account partially. Once logged in, you will be re-encode your temporary password and your new password.

6. The End.Your account has been retrieved.


NOTE: That new password will be your new and present password. You need to wait another three (3) months before it will require you to change your password again.

Hello, when i tried to change password i wrote down my username and after i clicked submit it says "username is invalid" im pretty sure i wrote down the correct username. Any ideas what might this be and what might i have to do? Thanks.

Hello, when i tried to enter my answer and clicked submit i haven't received an email from the BIR.I am so bothered about this since last year i was not able to submit sales report.

i also experienced the same thing. we tried to register it again to our district but it's still the same until i did not try it anymore. recently, BIR sent a letter with penalty for our non submission. what could be done on this matter when it's the BIR system's flaws?

Once you forgot your security question you can no longer retrieve your existing account. You need ro create new one

I always use notepad to encode my password. Click forgot password to give youba chance to reset your password. They will give you a temporary password

The moment you click forgot password. The window will redirect you to a window where you will be ask your security question and you must provide correct answer before they will give you a temporary password

The only way you can beat them is report your encountered problem as soon as possible. Let them resolve your problem.

Once you provided the answer to the security question you will receive an email of your temporary password in less than 5 minutes.

I encountered failure of log in. I clicked 'fogot password' and it says 'username is invalid'.
Is it okay to create new account under the same tin and business number?

Sir paano po kapag may nagresign kameng employee na may eAccReg Username account siya tapos may mga branches siya na nagawan ng PTU. kaya lang di niya po naendorse yung Username and Password niya. kaya wala kameng way para ma-access yung iba namen account na under sa Taxpayers name ng company. Meron po bang way para mapapalitan namen yung authorized email para sa eAccReg account na ginawa ng ex-employee. at mailipat namen sa email address ng admin department para if ever may magresign ulet ma prevent napo yung scenario na nabanggit ko po.

Uhmmm mejo technical na ung question. Nagawan ng PTU? Meaning hindi naprint ung PTU kasi resign na si employee. Ask help kay BIR to print the PTU for the mean time tapos coordinate with BIR kung pwde xa maedit kasi never ko pa ito na experience.

Macocontact mo ba ung may hawak ng username and password ng EACCREG? If YES, try to ask him/her. If No, usually iaadvise kna ni BIR na magcreate ng bagong username.

Yes you can create new username and password under the same TIN #. Under RMC No 45-2014, its say "account enrollment application shall be on a one (1) authorized user per TIN basis, or one authorizied user in behalf of multiple branches. which is applicable/convenient to the taxpayer"

Hello po. Question lang. What if nag lock account kasi namali napapasok na password. Pero alam mo na tamang password ngayon. Pwede ka ba mag log in using that? O ang solusyon nalang talaga sa locked account ay yung security question? Hehe thanks. Pinalitan ko kasi pass tas sinave ko sa excel ko sa work pc. Tinry ko i log in ngayon using my phone, mali pala na enter kong passwords hanggang sa nag locked.

yung security q and a na lang po talaga ang way to log in sa account. nangyari na po kasi sakin yan, i tried to log in using the right pass pero nakalock pa rin yung account. fortunately, naretrieve ko naman :>>
