Movie Review: She's the One (2013)

Çat ( Bea Alonzo) and Wacky (Dingdong Dantes) are best friends. But people who are closed to them are curious what's the real score about this two.

One night when Wacky was so drunk. Cat accompanied Wacky to get home safely. But suprisingly, Wacky gave a kissed to his best friend and start telling his feelings. Cat was able to recompose herself for few seconds and thinking that what they were doing was a mistake. But Cat is giggling on what happen.

Next Morning, Cat visited Wacky to check if he is okay. And Cat confront Wacky about the kiss. Wacky denied the allegation which hurts the feeling of Cat.

Cat was driving home to avoid typhoon. Unfortunately, she encountered a flat tire. Cat fixed the tire and get wet over the rain. When a car passed by and a man name David( Enrique Gil) asked Cat if she needs a help. Cat declined because she's already done.

David secretly video Cat. David posted a video (Girl in the rain) on the internet (Yoo Chube) about the girl she met on the rain. David declare his love over the internet. However, he is clueless how can he contact the girl. He wasn't able to get the name or the mobile number of the girl. He is asking help to the netizens to help him to find this mystery girl.

Since Wacky is working over a television show. Wacky offered David in finding his mystery girl since Wacky has a wider range of viewers.

Wacky has no idea that the mystery girl was her best friend all along. Wacky begged so much to get a Yes from Cat to appear and meet David over the television. Finally, Wacky able to get a good response from Cat. Cat and David finally meet.

Ginny: Kung wala kasi nun, ang sakit. Sobrang sakit.

Ginny's Friend: Adik ka na naman sa pag-asa eh. Try mo  kaya lumaklak ng realidad?!

Ginny: Marco, there are three words I've been wanting to say to you for five years. I am sorry. I'm sorry dahil hindi ko kinaya na sabihin sa'yo ang totoo. I'm sorry dahil iniwan kita. I'm sorry na nasaktan kita. I'm sorry kasi natakot ako. I'm sorry for giving up on us."
Prof Marco: Sorry din kasi hindi ko nakita ang mga takot mo. Tsaka mga pangangailangan mo.
Ginny: Marco, what if ready na ko sa buhay na gusto mo? Ready na ako Marco. Ready na ako for you.

Ginny: I loved him first
Pat: And you let go of your chance.

Ginny: I saw it his eyes. I felt it when he touched me.

Pat: Ours began in a most unexciting way, as friends. Now, our love may be quiet and boring but it is sure. With the right amount of trust and love, and even an allowance for mistake. I love him Ginny and in love, there is no fear.

ABS-CBN (It's Showtime) : New Segment I am Pogay (Trending)

Quezon City, Manila - The new trending hash tags on twitter is now on the world wide web and making its noise, I am Pogay aka #IamPogay. The new segment produced by the Noon Time Show, It's Showtime.

I am Pogay is showcasing the LGBT and also the counter part of That's my Tomboy also under the segment of It's Showtime. It's about handsome gay men in the Philippines. The segment started last Saturday, January 18, 2014. The contestant are requireed to have and to share a pick-up line.

Erimar Ortigas (29) and Dennishon Bryan Reyes-Javier (23) is the first batch who revealed their sexual orientation on the television here in the Philippines.

The judges that time were Jhong Hilario (Sample King), Karylle, Liz Uy (Celebrity Stylist).

It's a tie between Ortigas and Javier are receives Php 20,000 as their winning prize.

The first IamPogay video already has 38,284 viewers.

This is a tough question, I must say and like I'm competing in a beauty pageant. hahaha. Anyway, Let's go back to the question. If there's one thing I can give to the Philippines that would be the gift of helping others. I may not be a rich person but I will be generously share the resources which given by our Lord to me and my family.  To help them the best way I can regardless of what's their race are inside or outside the Philippines especially to Filipino.

It's so hard to believe that many people nowadays are in doubt of helping others. We cannot eliminate the fact that good Samaritan is numbered and beginning to be extinct for this is one of the traits admired by other people. You cannot deny the fact that somewhere in our deep part of our hearts that you like to help others.

Do you remember when Philippines were visited by the typhoon, Yolanda?

Who is on earth that cannot recall the tragedy brought by Haiyan also known as Yolanda? Many people from the Eastern Visayas Region suffered emotionally, physically and mentally and financially. Losing your loved ones in calamities or tragedies such as this is something hard to accept. Often, it takes time to move on.

If we just extend our hearts to them by giving donations or even the littlest things we can give, these can help them uplift their lowly spirits. Doing such a simple act could be small as we think. But for those who have none, our act is already a big help to them to survive another day. By this act, we are already showing love to our fellow countrymen.

Globe Telecom: Spending your 500 wisely

Having a mobile phone are used for communication thats the initial purpose thats why we bought one. But as the days go by, having a mobile phone is beginning to be a part of our monthly expenses.

Last year 2013, I documented my mobile expenses from autoloadmax. I am a prepaid user of Globe Telecom. 

The chart I provided below is the actual dates where I juiced up my phone from January to December 2013.

My total mobile expenses for the year 2013 is Php 6,577.00. 

I came up with a solution to maximize the usage of my mobile phone at the same time I can send text to all network and call globe/tm for a one (1) straight month.

Globe offers a 1 month subscription to this kind of promo. Which I am currently using.

Let's do the math, Why I say that Php 500/mo is cheaper?

If you will noticed my total expense in a month ranges from 300 and above with some control to avoid over spending but sadly to say I over spend on the next months or so. If you will get the average expense in twelve (12) months. You will spend around Php 548.08/month.

Therefore, When you will avail the 500/mo promo you will able save Php 576.00 in a year.

 I am afraid of having obligations or having monthly dues. I also don't like to have my own credit card even though I have the capacity to have one.
