IslandMediaAsia is now on TV5 as Juan Direction

I want to witness about the roaming gossip here in Manila that there is a group of model plus handsome guys roaming around manila seeking and doing some work of ordinary people like selling buko, taho and make pushing a cart in the railway of PNR. In short, they are making some social experiment. Showcasing the daily lives of our Filipino countrymen.

I haven't seen the guys behind the Youtube sensation under the name IslandMediaAsia. But I was able to watch some of their videos. Indeed, they are handsome and hunk all at the same time. I am really fascinated that they exert an effort doing such work. I am really amazed that they like to experience the work of their kababayans with no regrets and finished the task with a big smile on their face and on their heart.

For your information IslandMediaAsia guys already stepped up to another level. They already have their own segment on Channel Kapatid TV5  and the name of their program called Juan Direction and hosted by your truly Michael McDonnell, Charlie Sutcliffe, Daniel Marsh, Brian Wilson and Henry Edwards. Take note, they are Half British and Half Filipino.

Green Sweetened Pinipig

I love halo-halo especially if it has a pinipig on top. I love the smell of pinipig.  Pinipig looks like a flattened light brown kind of rice. It's usually smashed up manually by a wooden stick similar to a barbell.

I have no idea where it originates until today. I was able to witnessed and ate  a fresh pinipig with condensed milk. Both ingredients are mixed and chilled.

Pinipig is color green when it is fresh. And here's what it's look like when served. 

It's my first time to eat green pinipig. And I love it even more. The taste almost similar to the one I used to eat. But it's good to taste variety of food once in a while.

Things to know before buying a Condominium

1. Money/Budget

This is the very first thing to consider to the future owner/tenants of condominiums. If they can afford the monthly rate and the corresponding maintenance fees incurred.

2. Location

We should check the location or the vicinity where the location of the condo is.  Convience is very important especially like going to main road, hospitals, police station,  convenience store and alot more. Condo Tenants might do some adjustment depending on what they needed.

3. Calamity Measure

Condominiums have their unique features especially in facing calamities like earthquake and flood. You may also how they resolve the problem with gas leak or fire. So better to asked the realtor or the personnel whom you can inquire such measurements. This is very important.

4. View

Since we are already buying our own space. We should consider the view on what we can see every time we woke up in the morning. Do you like seeing sunset in the morning or to have a romantic gaze of sunset or to see the beauty of the whole city. In my case, I love to see people around and roaming around or houses above, just like I'm an angel in the building instead of sky.

5. Slot or Floor location

In order to have a good view you must check the floor area. The usual or the ideal floor to achieve is from 10th floor and above. But in the cases, some floor are have some additional charges from your agreed monthly rate. So try to consider to checking this out.

6. Amneties

Condominium has great amneties to offer. Since amneties are free to use by tenants. You should consider this as free package. I would suggest to check if they are swimming pool, tents, shower room, comfort room, activity room and the most suggestive and in demand amenities, gym for exercise.

Currently I only have six (6) in my list that I consider the top requirements in looking for condo unit. This might applicable when searching for townhouse and subdvision but few adjustment may took place.

I haven't read the book of Ramon Bautista but I guess the movie says it all already. The concept is adapted from the idea of an Brainy Ugly Duckling that turned into a swan

The movie is all about a woman Sandy Veloso ( Kim Chui). Who is looking for a true love from a man who can play a guitar and sing whole heartedly which will relfect from his inner soul.  Sandy has a boyfriend assuming that her current boyfriend Edgardo Salazar (Kean Cipriano) is already the answer for the one she is looking for.

Unfortunately, from the day they celebrate their anniversary is the day they will separate from each other. Sandy was really devastated that night and through that anger she was able to clean the entire office. Would you believe that? I guess that would be ironic in my part.

Sandy will meet the Alex Prieto ( Xian Lim) who will be handling the company for quite sometime where Sandy is working. Alex will be the fairygod father of Sandy and who will help Sandy gain the bravity to face the man who broke her heart.
